What are the best books for learning the lisp language at the basic,
intermediate and advanced level. What books give real insight into the
best usage of the language. I am looking for concise and NOT verbose
books, with carefully selected examples.
I would prefer those books that use the gnu lisp interpreter
and compiler, or are based on the free software, although exceptional
books based on other variants would be of interest also
