is this package know to work on Solaris 2.5.1 ? it would appear to be a
supported platform. i had trouble with the compile and had to quit to work
on something else. it looked like minor troubles with #defines and then a
linker 'duplicate symbol error'.
has anyone installed this sucessfully? if so, what things did you tweak if
any?

ps: i can supply more information about the environment i was trying to
build in if that's any help. i will say that it was a mostly pure GNU
setup, gcc etc.
