What I meant was: Even though there is something called a B+tree,
that looks as if they took "B-tree" and changed a minus to a plus,
the "-" in "B-tree" really is not a minus, it's a hyphen, and
"B-tree" is pronounced "bee-tree".
I presume "B+tree" is pronounced "bee-plus-tree". I've never
encountered B+trees, so I can't be sure.
