Hi,
	When I used -
(documentaion 'some-function) 
	like find-all , find etc it was reporting back with error -
error : Memory may be damaged.
otherwise every thing is working fine.What is causing this err and what
does it mean .

I don't know this particular Lisp dialect, but if I saw an error message
that said "Memory may be damaged" I would tend to believe just about any
problem that follows was due to that.  That is, it sounds very severe.

It sounds like something is the matter with your lisp image.  Perhaps
it was misinstalled or the bits in the image were corrupted at some
point along the distribution path (either before or after you received it).
Maybe you should get a fresh copy from your vendor.
