Is a way to connect a LISP program to an ORACLE database? I've spent the
last two hours searching the Web for information about this, but it
seems that databases currently are only able to connect with procedural
languages. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Franz sells an OBDC interface for its ACL product, and I think that
Harlequin's LispWorks does, too.

The ODBC interface for LispWorks (Win) is included in the basic
LispWorks distribution, that means, it comes for free. And it is quite
useable.
