oberon and acme get latitude from a singular vision for the entire system
that allows smooth integration. they could afford a complete re-write for
that vision. rest of us have to work with incoherent and inconsistent tools
and environments with no hope of a re-write. here, wily is just another
useful tool with some basic integration and a few unique clicks.
