Can someone help me by indicating how someone 

1) can force Allegro Lisp to save a list of items in a file ?
   For example the list
             
                  (yes no maybe for new)    to be saved-exported in a  file?
 
2) force Allegro Lisp to copy an item in to the cliboard,
    For examlpe the result 
    DUBLICATE 
     of one  function to be copied on the cliboard.

(I  use windows 3.11 and linux enviroments )
