Hiya,
I have just installed Emacs on my Windows95 system. It all works decent
enough, I just have some problem with ange-ftp.
The user-name I have on the account I want to access is "lpmud:jakob" I
can't write this name directly as lisp will interpret the ":" sign as the
end of the whole address. A solution to this is to set my user name in
emacs
I tried the following:
(ange-ftp-set-user spica3.cs.chalmers.se lpmud:jakob)
However without success. I suspect I got the "ange-ftp-set-user" wrong.
Would be thankfull for any help.
