I've posted a Common Lisp simulator for the Texas Instruments TMS320C25
digital signal processor at ftp://ftp.std.com/pub/wware/c25sim-02.2.tar.gz
under the GNU license. It was ported from an earlier C program. A little
behind the times, I know, but I have hopes/plans to use it as the basis
for a C50 simulator.
