A new release of CMUCL version 17f for the FreeBSD OS is available
now. This release has no known bugs and is believed to be fully
functional. The major feature added since the previos release
is a new conservative Automatic Storage Reclamation System, aka GC.
FreeBSD users running version 2.0.5 or higher (or anyone else)
may obtain a binary distribution from
http://www.mv.com/users/pw/lisp/dl/CMUCL-FreeBSD-b5.tar.gz
