Does anyone know any good books dedicated entirely on P.E. (partial 
evaluation)?   They are two books mentioned in Jones' paper (PERM95) 

1) Jones, Gormard, Sestoft "Partial Evaluation and Automatic Program
   Generation", Prentice Hall, 1993, and

2) Concel, Danvy "?????", MIT Press, 1995.

Unfortunately, I couldn't obtain any of them. The first one is out of stock
for a year from Prentice Hall and the second one doesn't exit in MIT Press
book list :-(  Has anyone have any luck of finding these books recently?
