Hello ,

        does there exist something in GCL with the same functionality as
ignore-errors (as suggested in CLTL2) . I tried to redefine
si::universal-error-handler (as suggested by the help of GCL) , but the
only thing I get is that lisp is then crashing with 'segment violation'
for each evaluation of a form with errors.
