Hi i and starting to learn lisp but i dont know were i can get a lisp 
interpretor if some one could email me one or some thing that would be

To answer these kinds of questions it is better to go to one of the Lisp
FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).  For example

        ftp.cs.cmu.edu /user/ai/pubs/faqs/lisp/

The FAQ will tell you where to get public and commercial versions of Lisp
and outline what they are each good for and what systems they run under.
