I'm working on the same goal. Currently, I'm trying to get CLISP
installed on my 486 Windows 3.11 computer. It's not working out too
well. But I'll tell you how to get the zip files.
ftp.cs.cmu.edu /user/ai/lang/lisp/impl/clisp/binaries
clispeng.zip (look in the appropriate dir for your platform).
delay.exe (this is used for the Windows version).
ftp.uni-bielefeld.de /pub/system/msdos/misc
dpmigcc5.zip
The German sites are more responsive when the Germans are asleep and
the Americans are awake.
Also, the "home site" for CLISP and the CLISP mailing list is not taking
any calls. Someone told me that they are having disk space problems.
The home site is: ma2s2.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de
If anyone can get it running, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
Thanks.

CLISP seems fine with rsx on my P90 running Windows. I didn't
really DO anything, just unzipped and tweaked the batch file. I
haven't used it extensively yet but it definitely runs.
