 Hi,
	I need some help in completing my project in LISP. It is

	Development of Rule-based expert system shell. I have to

	construct rules using AND,OR,NOT operators.

For eg.

 (rule 1 ( If (and (budget=low)
		(time <= 3)
	(then (destination = Paris)))
