Announcing the availability of f2cl: a Fortran to Lisp Translator

The Fortran to Lisp translator f2cl is now available using
anonymous ftp from ftphost.cs.waikato.ac.nz in /pub/lisp/f2cl.
The /pub/lisp/f2cl directory contains documentation and instructions on
the License, installation and use of this software tool.
This translator takes a subset of Fortran 77 source code and translates
it into Common Lisp source code. It was written by Kevin Broughan and
Diane Koorey Willcock of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics,
University of Waikato, Hamilton, New Zealand as part of the work of
the Mathematical Software Project.
