Hello,

Does anyone know how a Lisp application written with Sun Common Lisp
on SunOS 4.x can be ported over to Solaris 2.x.

Sun Common Lisp is no longer supported on Solaris 2.x and the company
which supplied the Lisp (Lucid) apparently went bust. Any help here would
be greatly appreciated. Please cc your reply directly to me. Thanks

Regards

Harlequin inherited Lucid Common Lisp, which had already been ported to
Solaris 2.x. So you should be able to get an upgrade from them.

Poplog runs under Solaris 2.x and provides Common Lisp, Pop-11,
Prolog and ML. The Poplog common lisp is a lot more compact than
Lucid but the code does not run as fast and some of the later
additions to Common Lisp may be missing.

There is a Poplog distributer in Singapore:
