Here is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer. A position
where a senior design engineer has the opportunity to have his/her name
placed on new patents and a place where products actually go to market.
This small Expert Systems Group (2-3)is chartered to design and produce
artificial intelligent systems for better network troubleshooting and
improved network management diagnostic systems. They have tremendous
flexibility, a virtual blank slate to design and create the next generation
of these products for the future. This team is part of a special group
within the R&D department of a quality corporation with revenues exceeding
100 million.
As a team member of this group you will be responsible for all aspects of
developing network troubleshooting system components, including inference
engines, rule bases, support and interface code. You need to integrate your
own code to other systems and provide traceable documentation and unit tests
for your code.
Compensation consists of salary, bonuses, stock purchase plans, options and
full medical benefits This is a senior position in a well paying
corporation. The salary range will be commensurate with your experience and
productivity.
REQUIREMENTS:
� A track record of delivering high quality products to market, the ability
to partition and prioritize the completion of complex designs and the
ability to work in a cohesive, team-oriented environment is important to the
success of this position.
� Design and implementation experience is required in Lisp (Common Lisp
preferred), expert systems, network technology, and C or C++.
� A working knowledge of the Windows development environment, network
technology and telecommunications software.
