Where can I find a good Shareware Lisp Editor (in special a one 
which holds track of the brackets you use) ?

Get Not-Gnu emacs from this location: 
 
It's great. You have to enable automatic parent-flashing, 
it's not the default.  You do this with some kind of setup   
script.  It includes versions for dos, windows, and windows   
nt.
