The CMU AI Repository's brand new disk crashed Saturday evening,
causing us to lose major portions of the repository. The following
sections of the repository will be unavailable until Thursday, when
a new disk will be installed and the files restored from backups:
ai/lang/scheme/
ai/lang/lisp/
ai/lang/others/
ai/areas/
The repository was being backed up on a daily basis, so hopefully we
should be able to make a full recovery.
There may be trouble accessing other parts of the repository, due to
unix failing to timeout when stating a directory that contains links
to the dead disk. (The repository is organized in 400mb partitions,
with each partition having a parallel directory tree and being
cross-connected with soft links.) Please bear with us.
