Version 17f-alpha-osf1.tar.gz and associated extra has not implemented
LOAD-FOREIGN.  Has anyone developed the changes to code/foreign.lisp to
add this support?

Has anyone worked on the Motifd changes that would be necessary for
the 64-bit alpha?
