Positions: Software Engineer or Programmer (2)

Location: NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA

We are looking for two (2) software engineers or programmers to join a
group working on the design and implementation of several computer
systems to assist in remote science and engineering tasks.  Possible
domains of application include shuttle science & operations, ground
clinical evaluation, and astronaut training.

The individuals will be responsible for designing and implementing the
system using both standard 4GL languages and knowledge-based
environments under the team leaders supervision.

The system currently runs under Macintosh, but programming experience
under DOS/Windows or Sun workstations is expected.

The ideal candidates have strong programming backgrounds in a variety
of software tools. GUI and Artificial Intelligence experience a plus.
Strong inter-personal skills desired as close interaction with the
end-users is expected.

Green card or US citizenship required for these on- site support
service contractor positions.
