Hi.  I'm taking a course that requires me to program in LISP
and I wanted know if there are any interpreters for MS Windows
that I can ftp.

Try ftping to ma2s2.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de

Get CLISP, I don't know what directory it's in, but it should come
with a README file that explains how to run it under Windows.
