You are encouraged to arrive on the evening of Tuesday 26th September
if possible, but the meeting will not formally begin until mid-morning
on Wednesday, to allow for late-comers.
Note that the registration fee includes all meals and three nights
hotel accommodation.

Early Registration runs until September 10th 1995
Normal registration: 420 pounds
Student registration: 295 pounds
The registration fees includes all meals and three nights hotel
accommodation.
After 10th September there is a 40 pound surcharge on both categories.
Payment may be made by personal cheque drawn on a UK bank, made out to
IWMM'95, or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).

Accompanying partners and families can also be accommodated, please

4913) detailing your requirements. There are only a limited number of
family rooms available at the hotel, which will be allocated on a
first-come first-served basis.
Partners who are not attending the workshop can be accommodated at the
student rate. You are asked to contact the local arrangements chair to
ensure that an appropriate additional social programme is provided for
your partner if at all possible. For example, some may simply wish to
use the leisure facilities, while others want to explore Edinburgh, St
Andrews, or the nearby Highlands. We will endeavour to tailor the
social programme to suit their wishes, however this will very much
depend on the number of partners attending the meeting. If no
additional social events are required there will be a small discount
on the rate for accompanying persons.
Please also inform the local arrangements chair if you have special
needs, for example due to disability.

example, a coach will be organised to bring attendees from
