The latest versions of TE-ini (2.4) and Define-System (1.41) are available
in the CMU repository (ftp.cs.cmu.edu:/user/ai/new/), both with *source* code
and some documentation (look for the te-ini-4.* and defsys-4.* files).

Define-System is a simple portable system definition facility for Common
Lisp. 

TE-ini is a program that adds functions (about 50) to the Allegro CL for
Windows (ACL4W 2.0) text editor. It includes functions about the management
of systems defined with Define-System (dialogs to load and compile systems,
a system browser).
