Does anybody have a public domain extension to lisp arrays
which allow addressing the array, and growing the array, from
either end of any given dimension?
i.e., I'd like to extend vectors in the negative index direction,
as well as the positive, etc.. I checked CMU archives,
there was nothing there that I could see which fits this bill.
Also, is there any freely available quad-tree code? (Non sequitur,
I'm not assuming any array relationship)
