Looking for opinions on Allegro Common Lisp/Windows. It's
a pretty substantial investment, and I don't want to get it
unless it's up to scratch. The application I need to run
is a cross/assembler debugger for various microcontroller
targets. This currently runs fine under MCL. It involves
run-time evaluation of very large text editor buffers.
I'm thinking I might be better off just to buy a used Mac
and MCL, which together might still be less than the
pro edition of ACLWIN.
