I'm really sorry I have to ask this, but...

I'm an experienced LISP/CLOS hacker & software engineer, and I need to come
up to speed in C++ as painlessly as possible. I vaguely remember writing a
bunch of C code in grad school, so I'm not completely clueless, but I do
need a fairly complete reference/advanced tutorial/guide to pitfalls & great
hacks, etc. I checked a bookstore yesterday, and found dozens and dozens of
books. Do any of you LISP folks have good suggests about which I should
get?

Thanks,

Larry
