Has anyone ever seen a program which performs the equivalent functions of
holidays.el but does not require emacs or elispto run? I would like to be
able to have the functionality of holidays.el (i.e., an implementation of
the perpetual holiday calendar) on a DOS machine. If there is a LISP or
other implementation of holidays.el I would very much like to know about
it. If it doesn't exist, can I interest anyone in writing such a thing?
