        I have gotten an overview of the programming languages 
Lisp and ML and have done some exercises in them, and I am 
interested in opinions of others who have had more programming 
experience in these lanaguages.  What are their relative 
merits and weaknesses?
        Opinions and references appreciated.  Post or e-mail.  
If there's enough response, I will summarize to
