i was looking through CLtL2 and Draft 14.10, X3J13/93-102 under the
definition of the "do" macro. specifically, i was looking to see
what the order of evaluation of the init-forms was. it is not specified.
note however, that it is specified that the step-forms are evaluated
"from left to right." i assume that the init-forms should be evaluated
"from left to right" also. i realize that it's too late to change the
ansi spec for this release; however, maybe someone could make a note
to make the appropriate change for the next release.
