Are there any free editors that are useful for LISP programming.
All of the vi-alikes I can find seem to lack a -l option.  I 
am using xlisp for windows but any DOS, Windows, or NT editor
would be great.

There are undoubtedly several variations on EMACS that will have a good
LISP mode under the names LISP or Emacs-LISP. Sorry, but I don't have
specific names handy (I don't DOS). Check with the local DOS heads who are
also unixians.
