I'd like to thank every bp7ody out there who send me his answer.
Please find below the answers I cvollected, they are not so many.
However, I thinki they'll be of a great help.
1) Lisp-to-C translator from CHESTNUT Software, Inc.
It's their trade mark they need a Common lisp environement and they
produce ANSI C.

3)AKCL, a PD Common Lisp
AKCL generates C code which it compiles with the local C compiler
