A new version of RefLisp is now available by emailing me at
the address below. Version 2.58 Cures the following:
1. A system constant was being released to the free pool
resulting in mysterious undefined variables. Constants
are not garbage collected now.
2. The Manual stated that atomic formal arguments had the effect
of &REST. That is false, the statement has been deleted.
An additional function has been added:
(defconstant <symbol> <s-exp>)
