Apart from Franz - is there any other company offering CL for Solaris 2.x?

If you don't bother getting free software, you may try CLISP. Via anonymous
FTP from ma2s2.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de in the directories
/pub/lisp/clisp/binaries/sun4-sunos5*. It's not full CLtL2 but it's
reasonably close. See the FAQ for more info.
