Has anyone adapted Mark Kantrowitz's (·····@cs.cmu.edu) metering package
to correctly take into account ephemeral bytes when it reports consing under
Lucid 4? The current version only counts dynamic consed and there are times
when I don't want to test everything using (with-egc-off ...) wrapping.
