LISP parser for ANSI C

Hi,

We are building a software maintenance tool for ANSI C programs in
Common Lisp. So far, we had used Lex/Yacc for parsing C programs to
files and then reading the parsed output from these files in LISP. We
want to parse the C programs in LISP directly now. 

I would like to know whether some one has implemented ANSI C parser in
Lisp and if so is it available for use.
