/ka:/, just like the English word with the same spelling.

>CDR: /si://di://a:/  ??

I don't know the ASCII phonetic alphabet, so I'll describe it.

CDR is pronounced in two syllables.  The first rhymes with "wood" and
"good", and the second rhymes with the second syllable of "butter" (just an
"r" sound).
