Does anyone know anything about how to use the debugger in IBCL
(I believe that stands for IBUKI COMMON LISP)
Also, is there any way using this (or a common lisp function) to
 list the bound symbols in any given frame?  
 A use of this would be to list the available defined functions or
  to see what the variables that have been defined in the current session
   are.

(I ask because the debugger in a version of Scheme I have does this)
