We need a dictionary of spellings to test some linguistic learning 
algorithms. In particular, we are seeking an ASCII file of several 
thousand unique words, with or without affixes. 

Attempts to produce such a file from random documents fails to produce a 
high number of unique words. The DEC PDP-10 (about 10 years ago) used 
such an ASCII file of spellings. Does anyone have an ASCII file of 
words?

If anyone can provide such a file or have any pointers, please contact
me. Thank you for your assistance.
