I'm attempting to make sense of an application given to me as a partially
installed copy of Gold Hill 3.1 and a set of object modules.  The Lisp
is missing a few vital things that normally auto-load (like SETF).

If anybody out there has a copy of Gold Hill version 3.1 they are willing
to part with, please reply by mail and name your price.  Thanks!
