San Francisco Bay Area ? I would like to download/ obtain on tape/drive

KCL is not public domain software, but it is available for free if you fill
out the license agreement.

The license agreement is available from:
	Special Interest Group in LISP
	Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences
	Kyoto University
	Kyoto, 606, Japan

The AKCL source is available ftp from:  rascal.ics.utexas.edu
