Hello. I'm new to Common Lisp and am wondering if there is a package
which does either of the following for 1-variable polynomials:
a) Simplifies into standard form, a polynomial described as a sum of
products of polynomials in standard form.
b) Determines an approximate maximum-value of a polynomial on the
interval [0,1].
