The R^4RS document is now available in the Scheme Repository [currently
located at nexus.yorku.ca (130.63.9.66)] under pub/scheme/doc. This dir
also contains the original Dybvig/Hieb macro proposal/prototype and the
text of Hanson/Bawden low-level macro facility proposal (synclo.*).

The Clinger/Rees proposal [1] is not available in machine-readable form
but can be found as implemented in Rees PseudoScheme. [pseudo-2-8.tar.Z
under pub/scheme/imp]

With the publication of Revised^4 Report, Scheme becomes the first real
programming language to support hygenic macros.
