The subject line pretty much says it all.

The actual sysv I'm thinking of is Interactive's v2.2, maybe Roell's R4
server, or Interactive's own.

If this has been done where can I ftp it from?

If this has not been done, is there any reason why such a port would be
difficult to accomplish?
