I am looking for a version of lisp that will run
on a DECsystem 5000 running Ultrix 4.1. A ftp site would
be preferred. Thanks.

If you would settle for Scheme (some people view this as a "version
of Lisp") then get (via anonymous FTP):
	gatekeeper.dec.com:/pub/DEC/Scheme-to-C/README
	gatekeeper.dec.com:/pub/DEC/Scheme-to-C/28sep90.tar.Z
