Disclaimer: I am a undergrad student who is taking a Lisp class
for the first time, so please be patient with my
	    lack of understanding.

Are there any public domain versions of Lisp (I don't beleive
that I care which dialect) for the Macintosh ? And where
could I get them (ftp or otherwise) ?

Thanks in advance,
Greg White

There is a version called XLisp that is public domain. I believe it is
available ftp at sumex-aim.stanford.edu in directory info-mac/lang. That is
if my memory serves me correctly. Here is the information that come with it.

		 XLISP: An Object-oriented Lisp

BTW, there is a "comp.lang.xlisp" forum on USENET.

And no, Autolisp didn't so much as thank David!
