Where can I obtain a copy of AKCL? I assume it is ftp-able.

Thanks,

This is correct. You can FTP akcl from rascal.ics.utexas.edu
(128.83.138.20), directory `pub'. The latest version seems to be
akcl-1-505 of November 9.
