I have tried to generate an application in Coral CL using
the function SAVE-APPLICATION: it seems to create an 
image that includes the interpreter, but is not able to
evaluate any of the loaded functions. (however, DUMPLISP
seems to work correctly). Is this a known bug (v 1.3.1)
and is there anyway to fix it ?
