I sent out a request for information on Le Lisp sometime ago. Thanks
to all those who replied. My problem was that my fiancee was using Le
Lisp, but the menus and dialogs in this program are in French, which
made it difficult for me to help her.

Several people told me that they are using this Lisp, but only in
French. There are English versions on VAXen and PCs, but not for the
Mac.

There seem to be two Allegro Common Lisp's - one which runs under the
Mac OS, and one which only runs under A/UX. The former is called
Macintosh Allegro Common Lisp and received generally good reviews.

There is also a product called Procyon Common Lisp, marketed by
Expertelligence in the US, and Procyon in Europe. This product also
received positive reviews. Unfortunately, this product doesn't seem to
be marketed by any of the major mail order software houses.
